So me and my buddy are both rangers, same exact runes on the armor, same bow. We are nearing the completion of Eotn and are going to buy the norn armor, and we are about.. 20k short each. SO, i need a group build for both of us to use, they can vary because i know there is certain builds that work with each other. We plan on going with a non-ursan group, 2-3 monks, one obby tank, and us 2, then ele nukers. What should we use? Ive been using the splinter barrage, but the last time i was in FoW, it didnt do justice. Im wondering if the burning arrow/apply poison would be good for here, but im totally up for opinions from you guys.

*side note: Would it be more profitable to just duo/solo the forest? Since we are doing it all for the money, should we just duo trap UW instead?

and if its better to solo/duo UW/FoW, post corresponding builds.

[skill]Judge's Insight[/skill][skill]Barrage[/skill]

Extremely useful while fighting undead enemies due to the doubled damage as well as the 20% armor penetration.

add in and Interupt or two and a IAS, maybey even throw dirt, oh and a +20% Dmg Vs Undead Vamp Long Bow. You'll hit hard targets for about +80 dmg and the really softies eles and mes up to 200 dmg

Though if you go 3 monks have one be a smitter and he can take the judges and you can go Splinter or Great Dwarf Weapon (Dwarf level permiting) and it cast on each other

If you are useing comsuambles take Drunken Master as an IAS, it lasts the longest and with the aid of the Con Set you will be at max Attack speed and running speed always.

I also take [skill]Remove Hex[/skill], the water guys use [skill]Blurred Vision[/skill] and it's just really easy to pop it off of your self that way.

'Obby tanks' are terrible, you can run much better front-liners than that.

For FoW I've used this to clear it 4 times on my Ranger.
[skill]broad head arrow[/skill][skill]apply poison[/skill][skill]savage shot[/skill][skill]distracting shot[/skill][skill]epidemic[/skill][skill]lightning reflexes[/skill][skill]throw dirt[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

Soloing the Forest is also good, but many that are new to it struggle with the run. I find farming the forest more harder duo in my past experience.

For UW you can solo smites with these builds:

R/x Smite Trapping
[skill]serpent's quickness[/skill][skill]dust trap[/skill][skill]flame trap[/skill][skill]barbed trap[/skill][skill]spike trap[/skill][skill]troll unguent[/skill][skill]storm chaser[/skill][skill]whirling defense[/skill]

If you have EoTN I HIGHLY recommend Great Dwarf Armor PvE skill over Armor of Earth. You will need to change the attributes in the template as I have given the GDA version.

And yeah duo trapping would work for UW. HM most likely aswell.
